B.C. man charged over alleged 3D-printed gun-making lab – BC


A B.C. man is going through legal prices after police raided what they are saying was a gun-manufacturing lab utilizing 3D printers.

In a media launch Thursday, the Mixed Forces Particular Enforcement Unit (CFSEU) stated arrested two males and a lady on Might 28, 2021 because it raided three properties in Abbotsford and one in Aldergrove.

At one of many Abbotsford properties, police stated they discovered a pair of 3D printers, 3D printed pistol frames and Glock firearms elements.

Officers additionally seized 1.7 kilograms of methamphetamines’ and 300 grams of fentanyl, the CFSEU stated.

Prosecutors have since charged Tyson Saverio Santolla, 33, with firearms manufacturing, possession of a restricted weapon and possession for the aim of trafficking.

He has since been launched on court-ordered situations.
