After over a month of manhunt, Waris Punjab De chief and fugitive Amritpal Singh surrendered earlier than the Punjab Police. He was detained from Moga in Punjab within the wee hours of Sunday.
Amritpal was reportedly arrested from a gurdwara in Rode village in Moga. Singh was on the run since March 18.
