REC Energy Improvement and Consultancy Restricted (RECPDCL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of REC Restricted, the NBFC Maharatna CPSU beneath the aegis of Ministry of Energy, handed over the venture particular Particular Function Car (SPV), shaped for development of Transmission Mission viz. ‘KPS1 Transmission Restricted to M/s Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Ltd on twentieth April, 2023. M/s Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Ltd has been the profitable bidder of the Inter-State Transmission Mission of Ministry of Energy, Authorities of India, and RECPDCL was the Bid Course of Coordinator.
The SPV has been handed over by Rahul Dwivedi, IAS, CEO, RECPDCL to Pravin Sharad Dixit, Vice President, M/s Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Ltd within the presence of PS Hariharan, CGM, RECPDCL; Smt. Chandrakala, Firm Secretary, MEIL; Deepak Krishnan, Supervisor, CTUIL and different senior officers of RECPDCL, MEIL & CTUIL. The choice of M/s Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Ltd was carried out via Tariff Primarily based Aggressive Bidding (TBCB) for choice of Transmission Service Supplier in keeping with the Customary Bidding Paperwork and Pointers thereof as notified by Ministry of Energy, Authorities of India.
